Maths

Introduction:
In the Maths Department, we help pupils enjoy maths and we highlight the creativity of the subject, building confidence and improving attitudes towards maths with engaging and differentiated lessons. Pupils are set from Year 9. We shine a light on a wide range of careers that use maths daily and improve pupils’ employability and financial capability skills. Maths is an exciting, useful and rewarding subject. Pupils run a stationery shop providing all necessary equipment.
