Jason Adair, who attended the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service, Life Course. Life stands for Local Intervention Fire Education and Jason successfully completed the week long course. The course is a high impact, character building work experience course designed to identify and address the life skills required to help local young people attain and maintain the high personal standards akin to those required by the Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service. During the course Jason was continually assessed in areas such as punctuality, communication skills, application, conduct and politeness, interest, observation and listening, initiative, relationship with supervisors and learning ability.
