Oakgrove Integrated College hosted a Primary School STEM event on Tuesday May 19th involving pupils from Roe Valley Integrated, St Oliver Plunkett, Groarty Integrated and Oakgrove Integrated primary schools.
During the ‘robocup’ event, which was funded by SEELB and facilitated by the team at STEM Aware, pupils learned about the application of robots in everyday life and subsequently produced artwork with robots they had constructed.
Year 9 students from Oakgrove Integrated College acted as mentors during the event which was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
